| The 5-Star Lawn Care Program
is a series of 5 treatments spaced about 6 weeks apart. You will
enjoy the convenience, special discounts and a great lawn! All
prices and guarantees are based on your lawn receiving all five of the
5-Star treatments. Should your lawn require insect/grub treatment
anytime during the season, you will receive a special discount off the
regular treatment price.

| Grub Prevention Treatment | |
| In the past several years,
late season grubworms have been a serious problem in Pueblo County lawns.
Our Grub Prevent that we apply in late May or June has been doing an
excellent job of preventing late season grub hatch and lawn damage.
If your lawn or other neighborhood lawns had grubs last year, your lawn is
at risk this year. Our Grub Prevent is much better than fighting the
new hungry hatch later in the season.

| Core Aeration is Very Beneficial | |
| Aeration is also discounted
for 5-star customers. Aeration encourages water and air penetration,
root growth and development, nutrient movement and availability,
stimulates new plant growth, reduces compaction stress, discourages turf
diseases etc. Note: Your sprinkler lines must be at least 4
inches deep. Chem-Way will NOT be responsible for damage to
shallow sprinkler lines or hidden sprinkler heads.
